When you submit a request, Canine Reach Alliance stores your answers for private administrator review and may contact you about that request. Please provide only the information needed for review. Do not submit identity documents, account numbers, or personal medical records.

Website sign-in and data storage are provided through Base44. If you use an AI helper, your question is sent to the AI integration to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive personal information. Payment details are processed by the connected payment provider under its own privacy and payment terms. For program donations, we store the selected fund, contribution amount, payment reference, confirmation status, and recognition preference. If you explicitly choose public recognition, your chosen display name, amount, and supported program appear on the website. Otherwise your gift appears anonymously. Contact us to remove public recognition. Card numbers and private donor contact details are not published.
